Rockingham County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is proud to announce that it has received a deficiency-free health inspection from the State of New Hampshire Department

Rockingham County is pleased to announce the addition of four new hospice rooms to the long-term care community. These rooms will be specifically designed to provide comfort to residents during end of life care. Rockingham County has partnered with Wellesley Design Consultants to complete the redesign of the hospice rooms.

Activity Coordinator Kenneth Wing, CTRS has received his Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP). The CDP is the earned credential that recognizes the highest standard in Alzheimer’s and dementia education has been achieved.

Rockingham County Rehabilitation, Nursing Center and Assisted Living Community has purchased a cutting-edge resident engagement technology called the Tovertafel. The Tovertafel is an interactive game system designed specifically for older adults living with dementia.
