Restorative Nursing
Rockingham County Nursing Center provides a restorative nursing program designed to help residents maintain the functional gains they make in physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Under the direction of the Restorative Care RN and a dedicated staff of Restorative Aides, individualized programs are developed for each resident to ensure that they will maintain their maximum functional capacity. Restorative nursing emphasizes the resident’s participation and focuses on each resident’s strengths, needs, and desires.
Comprehensive Care Planning
Quality medical, nursing, rehabilitation, and social services are supported by our experienced professional staff. clinical care to residents with acute and chronic disease, rehabilitative needs, as well as end-of-life care. All care is resident-centered and focused around choice and individualized treatment plans.
Physician & Pharmacy Services
Health care providers visit the community to provide medical support in a residential setting. We review, dispense, and monitor medication effectiveness to ensure therapeutic goals are maintained for each and every resident.
Housing Options
We offer a structured, secure environment to support residents at any stage of cognitive impairment. Our Nursing Center accommodations include private and semi-private rooms.
Social Services
Our compassionate team of social workers support the social and emotional needs of our residents. Their holistic approach ensures the maximum benefits from long-term care.
