The Rockingham County nursing home has received a five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The nursing home Five-Star Quality Rating System is a tool featured on the Care Compare website. Nursing homes with CMS 5-star ratings are considered to have above average quality compared to other nursing homes in the state.
Rockingham County Rehabilitation & Nursing Center and Assisted Living Community worked closely with the Town of Brentwood, NH to review options for residents to exercise their voting rights. Together, Rockingham County and town officials hosted an absentee voting day for residents prior to the November 8 election.
The Rockingham County Human Resources Department recognized Rockingham County Long-Term Care Services employees at the annual New Hampshire Association of Counties Government Awards & Annual Years of Service Awards event. The event, which took place at the Exeter Inn in Exeter, NH gave Rockingham County employees and the Board of Commissioners the opportunity to honor each other for their hard work and dedication over the past year. The awards included Assisted Living Employee of the Year, Nursing Home Employee of the Year, and the Team of the Year Award.
