Kendra Mayall Honored with the American College of Health Care Administrators’ New Administrators’ Assisted Living Administrator Award
[Brentwood, NH – Kendra Mayall, the General Manager at Ernest P. Barka Assisted Living Community, has been recognized with the New Assisted Living Administrator Award by the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA).
The ACHCA’s New Assisted Living Administrator Award is bestowed upon individuals who have been practicing administrators for five years or less and have demonstrated exceptional commitment and potential as a leader, innovator, and motivator in aging services. Kendra Mayall’s unwavering passion for elder care and her tireless efforts in implementing best practices have earned her this esteemed honor.
Mayall has been the administrator of the Ernest P. Barka Assisted Living Community since September 2022. During this time, she has made outstanding accomplishments in the community that have improved residents’ well-being and shown incredible potential in the aging services field. As a dynamic leader, she has consistently championed initiatives to enhance resident experiences, promote staff development, and foster a culture of compassion and dignity within the community. These efforts were reflected in the community’s recent health inspection survey, where the facility was found to be in compliance with all federal and state guidelines.

Mayall will be presented her award during the awards dinner at the ACHCA Annual Convocation & Exposition on May 8.
