Rockingham County, New Hampshire Senior Care Employees Receive Awards for Dedication to Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living
BRENTWOOD, NH, [November 18] – Rockingham County is proud to announce that two senior care employees were recognized at the New Hampshire Association of Counties (NHAC) Conference for their contributions to skilled nursing and assisted living. Bridget Ronaghan received the Long-Term Care Employee of the Year award, while Susie Vachon was honored with the Assisted Living Employee of the Year award.
Bridget Ronaghan’s role as Clinical Software Implementation Specialist has been pivotal in advancing the quality and efficiency of clinical operations. She has been instrumental in upgrading the facility’s electronic medical record system and adding on modules that improve the delivery of care. Her expertise and dedication to enhancing the lives of older adults make her an invaluable part of the long-term care team.
“Bridget has a passion for what she does and is always willing to explore a solution for an existing problem,” one colleague remarked. “She has led the charge in streamlining processes in areas such as infection control, billing, dental x-rays, life enrichment, scheduling, and quality control.”
Susie Vachon’s recognition in assisted living reflects her exceptional work as the community’s Concierge. With her warm and attentive approach, Susie creates a welcoming, nurturing environment for residents. Her role is essential to the positive atmosphere in Rockingham County’s assisted living community. She is celebrated for her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of residents.
