Rockingham County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Welcomes New Senior Director of Long Term Care Services
Rockingham County Rehabilitation, Nursing Center, and Assisted Living Community is pleased to announce the appointment of Chantal Dja Konan as the new Senior Director of Long-Term Care Services. With over eleven years of experience in the aging services field, Chantal brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.
Throughout her career, Chantal has held leadership positions in several long-term care communities, where she has successfully implemented programs that enhanced resident care and staff development. Prior to joining Rockingham County, Chantal served as the Nursing Home Administrator for the Ridgewood Center, where she was instrumental in improving the Center’s overall quality of care.
In her new role, Chantal will oversee all aspects of the Long-Term Care Services Division, including strategic planning, staff development, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Chantal’s leadership will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of care that Rockingham County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is known for, while also driving innovation in resident services.

Chantal’s first day will be on September 3, 2024.
