Rockingham County began the new year with a significant milestone as two elected county Commissioners were sworn into office. On Wednesday, January 8, Commissioners Tom Tombarello and Steve Goddu took the Oath of Office, marking the start of their new terms. Commissioner Kate Coyle also remains a steadfast presence on the board, where she continues to serve her four-year term.

In her new role, Angie will provide residents with increased access to spiritually enriching activities such as hymn singing, bible study, and one on one visits.
Rockingham County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is proud to introduce Siobhan Farwell, RN, CIC, as our new Director of Nurses. With an impressive background in nursing leadership and a passion for advancing quality elder care, Siobhan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
As Director of Nurses, Siobhan Farwell will oversee the delivery of exceptional nursing care, lead clinical teams in providing compassionate and effective services, and ensure adherence to best practices in quality and infection control. She will work closely with the Director of Clinical Services to develop and implement strategies that enhance resident outcomes, staff education, and overall operational efficiency.
The Town of Newmarket awarded Rockingham County resident the Boston Post Cane Award on December 5, 2024, continuing a tradition of celebrating Newmarket residents’ legacies.
