As Director of Nurses, Siobhan Farwell will oversee the delivery of exceptional nursing care, lead clinical teams in providing compassionate and effective services, and ensure adherence to best practices in quality and infection control. She will work closely with the Director of Clinical Services to develop and implement strategies that enhance resident outcomes, staff education, and overall operational efficiency.
