BRENTWOOD – Rockingham County Rehabilitation, Nursing Center and Assisted Living Community’s Director of Nursing, Michele Melanson Schmitt, MSN, RN and Nurse Practitioner, Donna Roe, DNP, APRN-BC, have each been selected to receive Excellence in Nursing Awards from New Hampshire Magazine.
The awards are presented in partnership with the New Hampshire Nurses Association. The nominations were reviewed by an independent committee of nursing leaders working in New England.
The Excellence in Nursing Awards honor nurses across different specialties such as pediatrics and public health. Michele Melanson Schmitt is being recognized in the Hospice-Palliative Care/Gerontology category and Donna Roe is being recognized in the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse category.
Both recipients will be featured in the June edition of New Hampshire Magazine and celebrated during the 2023 Excellence in Nursing Awards Reception on May 18 in Manchester, NH.
